WARNINGS:   Localized flooding  and Flooding can be expected in low lying  and flood prone areas across the country. These flood waters , along with gusty winds can be damaging to crops and livestock's and poorly built houses.

Winds: West at  5-15kts becoming  gusty near showers and thunderstorms on Friday. On Saturday and Sunday Northwest at 15 to 25kts with higher gusts.
